San Francisco’s Mayor Gavin Newsom takes center stage at the Ground Breaking Ceremony for Top Vision’s newest project, The COVE, which will be first occupied in 2006.

Mayor Newsom is joined on the left by Thomas Wu, Chairman of United Commercial Bank, Cheng Chen, Managing Member of Top Vision Development LLC, Fran Martin, Shirley Jones, and Tara Hui, members of the Executive Park Advisory Committee. On the right, Espanola Jackson, Mel Washington, Russell Morine also members of the Advisory Committee and Cheng Chang-Chang (Cheny), General Manager of Top Vision.
